April 14, 2009 - In news announced February 23, 2009 Peoria Toyota was awarded the Toyota Excellence Award for outstanding performance in Parts, Service and Customer Relations.
Winning managers at Peoria Toyota include Curt Baumgart, Service Director; Bob Snyder, Parts Director and Keri Reilly, Customer Relations Manager. Toyota has said all winning managers have earned the respect from Toyota and their peers for leading the way in superior performance in sales and customer satisfaction.
The Toyota Excellence Award is presented to retailers who exceed Toyota’s high standards of sales and service excellence over a 12 month period, and Peoria Toyota has won the distinguished award for two consecutive years.
Peoria Toyota, located at Allen Rd and Willow Knolls Rd., is consistently ranks among the leaders in sales and customer satisfaction in Toyota’s Chicago Region. Proud to receive the award for the second year in a row, Peoria Toyota does not take the acknowledgement with a grain of salt.
