June 25, 2008 - Bangalore: PeopleHealth, a consumer oriented health services organization that seamlessly binds all aspects of healthcare, recently conferred the ‘Wellness Ambassador Award’ on Ms. Vijaylakshmi M, Senior Manager – HR at EmPower Research Knowledge Services (P) Ltd. for bringing about a change in health and wellness of people of the marginalized society.
EmPower Research actively takes part in several Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives. On November 14, 2007, EmPower Research lent a helping hand to the underprivileged children of Paraspara Trust by providing support. Later, the Paraspara children visited EmPower Research office and performed cultural dances and sang folk songs. In addition, EmPower Research in association with Lions Blood Bank conducted a blood donation camp at its premises on December 8, 2007. EmPower Research donors willingly took part for the benefit of needy patients. Altogether 14 units of blood were donated by EmPower Research employees.
