It is about opening up the potential of wheat kernel, and increasing availability of precious nutrients stored in it. Laboratory research testifies that compared to the traditional flour products, the health value PAVA managed to achieve in Zhitnitsa is unparalleled.
It is a well-known fact that wholemeal flour is considered one of the richest for the amount of nutrients, vitamins and fibre it contains. The nature of these advantages is clear, since the peripheral parts of grain are highest in valuable substances. PAVA’s milling technology finds a more effective approach, which results in 20% more protein, 6 times more fibre and 20 times more B-vitamins than in wholemeal flour.
