September 04, 2009 - Grain processor PAVA, whose export business has lately been marked by rapid pace, made a visit to Tajikistan. The Altay company entered the phase of active talks with wholesalers and bakery manufacturers about offering for sale its flour and cereal products. The range includes recent innovative grade under “Zhitnitsa” brand, currently being tested by bakers for application opportunities.
PAVA has identified a number of Asian markets for focus, with Tajikistan among the priority ones, and hopes to secure a stable position in this country. Marked by high consumption of flour and bread, it shows significant demand for Russian products, which possess exclusive quality. Besides, PAVA flour has flexible properties and is suitable for specific national bakery.
Tajik customers are already familiar with the quality of Altay company products – PAVA has co-operated with the Republic since 2007, through commercial shipments and food aid, being one of the leading Russian flour exporters to Tajikistan.
