Parent-to-Parent Advice from Infancy Through Adolescence," has launched a new website that offers advice to parents of twins and multiples from the real “experts” in the field – other parents of twins and multiples.
The birth of twins is a double blessing, but also a double challenge! Only parents of twins and multiples really understand the challenges that are unique to those in the “multiples club.” TwinsTalk is dedicated to helping parents of multiples find the help they need in raising their children, from birth through the teen years. An interactive site, members and visitors are given the opportunity to seek out information and advise other parents through the following features:
TwinsTips: These quick nuggets of advice about raising multiples get right to the point in dispensing the best in parenting wisdom.
TwinsTales: These real-life stories are written by parents of multiples about the joys and challenges of raising their kids. These stories make readers laugh, or put tears in their eyes, but they almost always have parents of multiples nodding their head in agreement!
Articles: TwinsTalk articles address the many issues that arise in raising multiples. From postpartum depression to swaddling, they impart practical advice for tackling these parenting challenges.
Forums: The forums on TwinsTalk enable parents to ask questions, give advice to other parents, or suggest topics that will be helpful to families of multiples.
TwinsPics: Visitors can enter the monthly TwinsPics contest by submitting a picture of their little cuties and become eligible for a free book for parents of twins.
TwinsShop: Books for families with twins and multiples are available for purchase.
