Officially 1,934 participants from 16 centres in 10 countries took part in the event that has over-shadowed an earlier record created in China which was set in the computer classroom of Shandong Lanxiang, Senior Vestibule School in Jinan City, Shandong Province, on January 15, 2006 with 1135 students.
This further adds to Dr Subramonian accomplishments as the current national record holder in India for teaching and listed in the Limca book of records 2006.
Dr Subramonian says, we assembled teachers and students from Ecuador, Lithuania, Mexico, Nigeria, Poland, Taiwan, Thailand, Venezuela and Nepal and together participated online with multiple Indian location centres.
