Old Colony Elderly Services To Hold “Caregiving 101” Seminar On June 4th At Whitman Public Library

The Family Caregiver Support Program at Old Colony Elderly Services (OCES) is offering a “Caregiving 101” educational seminar on Wednesday, June 4, 2008 from 6:30 to 8:00 p.m. at the Whitman Public Library, 100 Webster Street in Whitman.


(1888PressRelease) May 20, 2008 - The FREE seminar is designed to provide education and guidance to family caregivers and will help them:

• Broaden their awareness about resources, services, and programs
• Increase their knowledge on how to find and access services
• Enhance their health and well being while managing caregiver responsibilities

This seminar is offered as an initiative of the National Family Caregiver Program with support from the Massachusetts Office of Elder Affairs.
