April 21, 2009 - OLCI Construction Training has begun a search to discover what UK households will be doing during the forthcoming Bank Holiday. The nation may well go DIY crazy but what exactly will they spend their time doing?
OLCI’s topical online poll will give insight into what DIY the UK will do during the Bank Holiday on Monday 4th May. From today, visitors to the popular website www.olci.info can vote for a wide variety of DIY jobs, including fixing leaking taps, gardening, painting and fitting or fixing shelves. Alternatively, visitors can staunchly declare they will not be doing any DIY on May Day Bank Holiday!
Speaking at the launch of the poll, Elin Norlin, OLCI Marketing Manager commented: “OLCI will provide an insightful glimpse into what will be happening in households throughout the country.
With people working so hard battling the recession, will they toil just as much on one of their few days off of the year?”
The results of exactly what the nation will be doing on May Day Bank Holiday will be announced on Wednesday 29th April 2009.
