May 02, 2006 - Oh Baby! Fitness comes to Gwinnett County
Classes to be held at Delphi Dance and Yoga Studio at 162 Crogan St.
Starting in June, Oh Baby! Fitness will bring a wide variety of prenatal and postnatal exercise classes to Lawrenceville. Oh Baby! Fitness offers pregnant women and new moms a way to work out with their babies and gain support from other women. All of our instructors are specially certified to teach pre/postnatal fitness courses, so exercise is fun and safe.
Through a partnership with Delphi Dance and Yoga, Oh Baby! Fitness will bring the following classes to Lawrenceville in June:
For pregnant women: Toning, Fitness and Yoga Combo. This class includes a combination of low impact aerobics, cardio and yoga.
For Moms and Babies: Mom & Baby Pilates and abdominal recovery. This class focuses on rebuilding core strength and flattening the tummy after childbirth.
Cost is $80 for a six-week session. Drop-ins are welcome at $15 per class.
Babies should be age 6 weeks to crawling for Pilates.
Medical consent is required for all pregnant women and moms who are less than 12 weeks postpartum.
