However, there are 9 official organizations that have been granted the coveted positions of partners in the World Expo Shanghai 2010.
These are a) PICC, b) State Guard c) Coca Cola d) Sign e) General Motors f) Bank of Communications g) China Telecom h) China Mobile i) China Eastern Airlines. However, there are two levels in the World Expo Shanghai 2010 sponsorship i.e. partners and senior sponsors. The former is rated the highest position. The two senior sponsors are Shanghai Sinnsa and June Yao.
The procedure involved in evaluating a prospective sponsor for World Expo Shanghai 2010 is based on five factors i.e. compatibility with the World Expo Shanghai 2010 image, financial prospectives, advertising or P.R. expenditure worldwide, China’s extent of internationalization and interest behind becoming the sponsor. World Expo Shanghai 2010 is hosted by China in Shanghai near the area of Nanpu Bridge-Lupu Bridge on the river Huangpo from May 12 to October 31 which is also the Halloween day.
