April 28, 2009 - Louisville, KY, Basel, CH, Greensboro, NC: Falcon, Senior Partner of NyghtFalcon announced today that David “Dakota” Toczko, Senior Photographer with the firm, will again be part of the official photography corps at the Kentucky Derby.

The firm also announced that one of Dakota’s photos was selected to hang in the Kentucky State Capital and subsequently will hang in the private office of the First Lady of the State. The photo was taken last year after the Derby and features the Twin Spires of Churchill Downs under the nyght sky.
