June 27, 2008 - The Nvolve Limited ‘On the Job Training’, (OJT) procedure allows for the automated capture and management of employee competence. Therefore as training activities and exercises are assessed, details of this can be added directly to a users training record and multiple signatures ensure the security of this process.
Companies can also expand on their OJT to include classroom and online training sessions. These training courses range from health & safety, food hygiene, workplace skills and workplace legislation. The selected courses can be carried out at the client’s specified location e.g. a client’s canteen or conference room. The courses are carried out through an overhead projector or large screen in a classroom environment. All participants in the room get a wireless hand set which is assigned to them personally and their training manager run’s the course. Each trainee’s can then answer throughout the course by using their hand set which is connected to the clients laptop through a wireless connection, making for a very interactive training session.
Once the course is finished clients can view all the training activities within 5 minutes of the course finishing using Nvolve’s Learning Management System. Nvolve’s technology allows companies to train large groups of people very quickly, eliminates any paper work and gives real time feedback on how the training is progressing. Other participants who could not make the classroom session can access the training online ensuring that all required participants have carried out the assigned training course and therefore eliminates resit sessions.
