Hughes was been a practicing trial lawyer for more than 30 years. A graduate of Princeton University and Boston College Law School, Hughes is a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association, the Massachusetts Trial Lawyers Association and the Massachusetts Real Estate Bar as well as The Association for Conflict Resolution. Additionally, for more than 24 years, Hughes has served as Moderator for the Town of Norwell.
