April 18, 2008 - Mr. Norton outlines the potential investment opportunities with the Phased Development of the Currituck Point. 3,100 acres with 17 Miles of Waterfront located directly on the Intercoastal Waterway in Hyde County, NC. The potential investment purchase would be developed as a Private Corporate Executive Sportsman's Retreat and will provide joint venture investment funding and Corporate Ownership.
