McAdams Company Inc. from Raleigh for commercial development that will include; Waterfront Waterfun Resort Commercial Development that includes a Hotel Lodge, Indoor Water Park, Indoor Retail, National Brand Seafood restaurants, Theaters and potential waterfront investment housing.
The property is located in an existing Golf Community. The project has been indentified by parcels that will allow for the sale of the entire site in Phase I or joint venture investment funding options. The value of Phase II of approved commercial parcels with maximum design, infracture, streets, water, storm water and waste water will increase the development by $20m. Complete estimated land sales EBTE is $30m. The project has indentified potential end market buyers ie; Great Wolf Lodge and Recreational Water Park, Cracker Barrel Old Country Store, Bass Pro Shop outdoor destination retail and a 30 acre commercial retail center partner.
