March 17, 2009 - Noble Manhattan, the leaders in life coaching in the United Kingdom and other parts of the world has launched the Romanian version of its programme at its office in Bucharest, Romania. Announcing this information to the media, Mr. Gerard O’Donovan the CEO of the company said that Noble Manhattan is the only international life coach training company of repute which has opened its office in the country. Bucharest, the capital of Romania has been chosen as the location for starting Noble Manhattan’s maiden office in the country. Mr. O’Donovan expressed satisfaction that a long pending request of the Romanian people has been fulfilled with the launch of the Romanian version of the life training programme. The team at the Bucharest office consists of local Romanian people who have been trained extensively in Noble Manhattan’s Life and Executive Coach training programmes.
Mr. Gerard O’Donovan added that as a leading life coaching company in Romania, UK and 24 other countries around the world, Noble Manhattan aims to offer life coaching solutions in local dialect in various countries. The Romanian initiative is a step in that direction. All the standard Noble Manhattan coaching materials have been converted to Romanian during the last one year. The Bucharest office is almost locally staffed with few of Noble Manhattan’s experienced trainers from UK handholding the local trainers. This has helped the company to achieve the desired level of localization quickly. The mentor coaching program, which is the flagship programme of Noble Manhattan, has been successfully launched in the country. The response has been quite encouraging with the management planning to increase the number of sessions shortly.
Noble Manhattan has started to engage with large organizations in Romania to help their managers coach in a more effective way. This effort of the company to reach out to large organizations has delivered the right results. The innovative life coaching trainings were not available in the country prior to the launch of Noble Manhattan. With the launch of the Romanian version of the life coaching programme, organizations are benefiting quickly from life coaching programs. Mr. O’ Donovan emphasized the fact that the aim of Noble Manhattan would be to achieve 90-95% localization in all activities of Noble Manhattan in Romania. The company has also chalked out a robust model which enables the smooth transition of new ideas and programmes launched in the UK to Romania. Therefore, the coaching programmes in Romania are as up-to-date as in the United Kingdom.
Opportunities have opened up for senior life coaches in Romania to be a part of Noble Manhattan. The company has opened its doors to senior coaches to get themselves trained on Noble Manhattan’s coaching techniques and impart the training on a “train the trainer” model. This model has been quite successful in other parts of the globe and the company sees no reason why it cannot be replicated in this country. A smooth operation in Romania is part of the core objectives of the Noble Manhattan group. A large support team is based out of the country to ensure that operations take-off well and sustain in the long run. Mr. O’Donovan said that within a short period of time the Romanian center has become a full fledged center as in the UK. The quality of training imparted in Romanian is at par with Noble Manhattan standards delivered in other parts of the globe. The company has taken adequate measures to ensure that all staff members in the Bucharest office are trained to Noble Manhattan standards. In a closing note Mr. O’Donovan thanked all those who have helped Noble Manhattan achieve success in Romania. He assured that people will receive the highest standards of life coaching training in Bucharest, Romania from now on.
