October 02, 2009 - ‘This year we saw the best work we’ve ever seen,’ claims Kendra Von Achen, President of the Business Marketing Association of New Jersey at the organization’s 14th Annual Impact Awards -– a competition that honors the best in corporate advertising and marketing -- held at Mayfair Farms on September 15, 2009.
And by far, the largest winner of the evening was Montclair, NJ-based Brandspa.
In total, Brandspa swept the show with 10 awards, including 6 top honors and the night’s highest honor – ‘Best of Show.’ The grand prize and an Impact Award were bestowed for a unique annual report created for UMDNJ highlighting the good news the university brings to New Jersey and to the world.
The firm also received 4 kudos for: a corporate advertising campaign, promotional folders, direct mail announcement, and a 2-page-spread ad created for Croda Inc, a manufacturer and supplier of specialty chemicals to the personal care, pharmaceutical, household, and industrial markets.
Next, Brandspa won an Impact Award for New Jersey Center for Tourette Syndrome’s corporate video. NJCTS is a unique collaborative organization providing support and services for individuals with Tourette Syndrome.
BMA’s judges also decorated Brandspa for a corporate website done for MacDuff Partners, a management consulting company; and for an ad campaign done for Logfret, Inc., a global logistics company that understands: ‘It’s always more than just freight.’
