November 11, 2008 - A new review site for Nintendo DS users has been launched. The site only reviews non-violent games.
The site is located at http://www.squidoo.com/nintendods-topgames.
This is the first Nintendo DS site to focus only on non-violent games. Although the games are non-violent, they can also be played and enjoyed by adults.
In addition to providing reviews, the site’s goal is to spread the word that Nintendo DS is not just for kids. The Nintendo DS, according to the site’s creator, has something to offer people of all ages.
“The belief that video games are only for teenagers is incorrect and unfair”, says Michelle Strait, the sites creator. “Adults who play video games were once teenagers, and they shouldn’t give up something they enjoy because people think it’s for kids. It’s also incorrect to believe that all fun video games are violent.”
The new site also includes demonstration videos of some Nintendo DS games. Everyone is welcome to visit the site and rate it or leave a comment.
