The distinctive and assertive character of Nimbus products come from exceptional water quality, superior ingredients, and meticulous attention to the details of true European style brewing craftsmanship.
Established in 1996, Nimbus distributes freshly bottled and kegged beer to bars, restaurants, grocery stores and liquor markets throughout Arizona and Southern California.
Nimbus also offers seven completely different styles of beer as well as seasonal specialties including the pub favorite, Old Monkeyshine Ale from the brewery’s own 60 seat Tap Room. The brewery taproom is open for lunch and dinner and serves traditional pub food seven days a week. The Taproom also has weekly Texas Hold ‘em Poker, Pool and Dart tournaments as well several TV’s for sports events and live bands on most Friday and Saturday nights. |
