Owner Dick Chwalek started his marketing company in 2000 (originally Niche Agency) and now Niche Dental. His firm provides communication integration consulting and coaching for dentists. Dick started his career in dentistry advertising and marketing in 1996. He has worked and consulted with over 300 dentists, dental labs, and consultants in other areas of cosmetic, implant and smile makeover dentistry. Dick is also a founding member of the Northern Dental Alliance based in Minnesota.
