November 04, 2009 - Bonin Architects & Associates and Colby Real Estate will present a free Custom Home Design and Building Seminar on Sunday, November 21, 2009 from 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM.
The free seminar will feature presentations on looking for land and property selection, custom home design and the steps involved in designing an energy efficient home, Energy Star certification, and how to select the builder best suited to build your custom home.
The seminar will be followed by a walking tour of the Granite Ridge land lots for sale located in the Prospect Hill Development, Georges Mills / Lake Sunapee, NH. Green Architect Jeremy Bonin and Realtor Dan O’Halloran will be available to discuss the features of the properties, including, grade changes, views of Lake Sunapee and Mount Sunapee, orientation to the sun, prevailing winds, and existing vegetation.
