May 04, 2009 - On May 10, 2009, CyberNautes, Inc. (Tokyo, Japan, CEO: Kazuma Mukai), which provides Internet information analysis, will launch its low-cost ASP service News!eye (http://www.newseye.info/). News!eye collects online news from all over the world, and manages it according to specified keywords, country of origin, and language. Pre-sales for the service began on April 10th, and so far subscriptions have been received from more than 1,200 companies in North America, Latin America, Europe, Africa, Asia and Oceania.
News!eye currently supports forty languages, including English, Chinese, Russian, Spanish, and Portuguese, and collects information from 60,000 news sites from seventeen different countries, including the U.S., China, Russia, India, France, England, and Germany. The monthly charge for News!eye is US$149.00 (includes up to ten specifiable keywords).
News!eye also includes a translation-assist function. For example, News!eye will translate English keywords into Chinese in order to collect articles from Chinese language sites, and translate the those articles into English. This allows users easy access to information by breaking the language barrier.
News!eye offers many other features as well, such as saving digests for multiple articles at once, saving articles as image files, and emailing collected articles at specified times and intervals (the mail alert function).
