AdvantaPure is the high-purity products division of tubing-and-hose manufacturer NewAge Industries. AdvantaPure manufacutures silicone tubing, hose, and molded products, as well as hose assemblies and the Hose Track identification system.
AdvantaPure's molded silicone manifold connections, available in tee, wye, cross and reducer styles, are now guaranteed leak-proof. The company uses only high quality materials, precise manufacturing, and extensive quality controls, resulting in connections that prevent leaks of valuable pharmaceutical and biopharmaceutical fluids.
AdvantaPure will exhibit at several key trade shows this spring. Events include BioPharma Asia, the PDA Annual Meeting, BioProcess International Europe, Interphex, TechnoPharm, and Single Use Applications for Biopharm Manufacturing. AdvantaPure staff members will meet with customers, prospects, and potential distributors to discuss single use process systems and fluid transfer hose.
AdvantaPure(R) now offers a fabric and wire reinforced hose made from platinum-cured silicone for high purity applications such as biopharmaceutical, pharmaceutical, and food. The hose, called APSW, is crush and kink resistant and handles both pressure and full vacuum. APSW meets standards from organizations such as USP, FDA, European Pharmacopoeia, ISO, 3-A, and NSF.
AdvantaPure(R) has released a new video that details the benefits and uses of AdvantaFlex. The tubing may be sterile welded, heat sealed, and molded into fittings. It is also an excellent choice for peristaltic pumps as it eliminates silicone tubing splices. The video illustrates all of these, points out the tubing's extensive testing, and notes its application suitability.
High purity tubing manufacturer AdvantaPure now offers single use molded manifold assemblies that are validated as sterile. This eases the buying process for pharmaceutical and biopharm companies who use them; customers can order assemblies that are ready for installation upon receipt. Assemblies made from silicone or AdvantaFlex TPE are gamma irradiated for a sterility assurance level of 10-6.

New Overmolded Tri-Clamp Ends from AdvantaPure offer an option for sanitary connections with PVC, TPE, and TPR tubing. They cost less than silicone versions and are well suited for pharmaceutical, medical, surgical, food, and beverage applications. Overmolded Tri-Clamp Ends reduce the entrapment risks associated with barb-style fittings.
AdvantaPure now offers its APST silicone tubing in nearly 50 sizes for use in pharmaceutical, biotech, biomedical, chemical, food, and beverage applications. The wide range of sizes addresses requirements for multiple fluid transfer uses. APST is extremely flexible, contains no animal-derived ingredients, and offers a temperature range of -100°F to 400°F (-73°C to 204°C).
AdvantaPure will exhibit its high purity pharmaceutical and biopharmaceutical products at three industry trade shows this fall. AdvantaFlex(R) biopharm tubing and molded, Class VI silicone, single use systems will be the focus. Other items include silicone container closures and manifold identification solutions.

AdvantaPure converted existing space into cleanrooms for the manufacture of silicone manifolds and container closures.
A new silicone tubing formulation has been developed by AdvantaPure to meet the demands of peristaltic pumps. The material meets Class VI and FDA standards and is well suited for pharmaceutical, biotech, lab, and R&D applications.
