May 01, 2008 - The LigoWave product line now showcases four categories of products for easier product recognition and application: LigoAP, LigoCPE, LigoPTP and LigoMesh. The AP series of products feature an array of multi-frequency base stations providing robust Access Point solutions for carrier-class connectivity. CPE products feature robust Customer Premise Equipment (CPEs) in the 900 MHz, 2.4 GHz, and 5 GHz spectrums with output power up to 500 mW.
CPE solutions are offered in a variety of both connectorized and integrated antenna configurations to match your application. PTP devices provide high throughput (up to 70 Mbps real TCP throughput), Point-to-Point connectivity for backhaul applications on the 5 GHz spectrum, as well as 900 Mhz for non-line-of sight link requirements.
PTP products are also in development for the 2.4 GHz and 3.65 GHz frequencies. LigoWave Mesh solutions stand out in the Mesh market today by offering layer 2-based, multi-radio solutions, thereby eliminating additional overhead seen in traditional layer 3 solutions, and eliminating throughput loss per hop as seen on single radio solutions.
