Chang says that one of the prime motivators for redesigning the Web site was to allow PC Flowers customers to save money by ordering flowers from its Web site. "When you place an online order with a national florist, you'll pay a "service fee" of close to $15, sometimes more. When you order from the PC Flowers Web site, there are no extra surcharges," says Chang. "Even delivery is included in the Web site price."
Chang wants her Web site visitors to know that they're really making direct contact with PC Flowers. "Most online florist sites are just order-taking fronts. Some even try to pass themselves off as local florists. With pcflowers.net, our customers deal directly us," says Chang. The PC Flowers Web site is available 24 hours a day.
