June 12, 2007 - ConnectCode Pte Ltd announces the release of its new version of barcode fonts that lets users integrate into WPF (Windows Presentation Foundation) projects. The trial version of the barcode font pack includes source code for two WPF projects that uses a new dynamic link library provided by ConnectCode.
ConnectCode allows the dynamic link library to be integrated and distributed freely for all licensed users of its Barcode Font Pack. It requires, however, the purchase of a Distribution License for the distribution of its Fonts.
ConnectCode's Font Pack is a modern product that includes support for both True Type fonts and Postscript Type 1 Binary fonts/ASCII fonts. It ships with a powerful Encoder that takes in raw data and converts them to a form that can be formatted as a barcode. A special feature of the Encoder creates images out of the barcode fonts, while giving users flexibility in setting the resolution, dimensions and boundaries of the resulting bitmaps.
The combination of fonts and images offered by ConnectCode Font Pack makes it one of the most versatile products in enabling barcodes for enterprises and personal use.
The barcode packages supports the symbologies Code 39, Code 39 Extended, Code 128(Auto,A,B,C), I2of5, ITF14, EAN13, ISBN, ISSN, EAN8, UPCA, UPCE, UCCEAN, EXT2 and EXT5.
