June 06, 2007 - After a week long stint in San Diego County Jail, comedy magician and mind reader Josh London opens new show, “Mind Bending Magic,” featuring Josh in a one-man performance. The show was developed while in jail and, “wanting more out of my life,” says Josh. The show is specially produced for corporate audiences, which is a client base Josh has entertained for over 7 years.
So what makes this show different from the other 1,500 corporate presentations? “I got together with Visual Developer Chris Wilson and we set out to make a show that feels like a full stage production with set design, music and lights. Along with my quarky, sarcastic, dry-witted comedy the show is going to be a huge success.”
Having performed for such notable company’s like Sony, Lexmark, Toshiba, American Medical Response, Aiwa, Office Depot and many, many others this show is going to make a definite dent in how corporate event planners plan their events.
“With all the other entertainers out there to choose from we’ve (Josh London and Chris Wilson) have decided to make the show an extension of my life. I’ve been in jail and had to learn how survive in there with the murderers and drug fiends, so I think I’ll do just fine on stage.”
The show is about 75-90 minutes in length and in that time Josh makes a HUMMER H2 (actually an R/C car) disappear and reappear on stage, finds a signed $100 bill in a lemon and produces 3 show girls on an empty stage… kind of, you’ll have to see the show to see what happens.
