April 04, 2009 - LiveAdmins LLc, a Chicago based internet Services Company, announced yesterday that final development and testing were nearly completed on the software solution being developed by the LiveAdmins software development division. "This is a complete-packaged solution" said CEO Farrakh Azhar, speaking about the software which will be used to provide chat based customer support services on websites. The software will enable website businesses to chat with visitor coming onto their website through the use of the software and live chat operators.
Development on the software solution began 6 months ago and the work is now nearing completion, with the software and the accompanying services, set to be released in a combined package as well as separately, within a few weeks." The need for development arose out of limitations with off the shelf software" said Mr. Azhar, as he went on to explain the need for the software to be developed, saying that many desirable features which could potentially improve live chat services were not present or were faulty and unusable in many off the shelf solutions. With the new software, the ability to dynamically allocate resources and perform updates for multiple, globally situated contact centers will be possible. With the new software, it will also be possible to serve multiple websites from any location and to gather details about website visitors; including what links were followed to land on a client's webpage and also the complete history of returning visitors / customers (including previous chats) as well. The software will be usable on any visitor-end browser without the need for plug-ins (as is the case with Java based web services).
The release of the software will mean that LiveAdmins web greeter services (Live chat operators) will become much more usable, easy to manage and highly scalable. The software is expected to improve chat operator's efficiency as well as the return on investment by generating more quality sales leads.
