New Light Commercial System from Daikin

Daikin Europe N.V. provide a range of products and solutions to cater for a range of markets. Formed in Ostend, Belgium in 1973, the headquarters manufacture air conditioning products and systems, and are responsible for sales in Europe, the Middle East and parts of Africa. Recently they have launched the CMSQ light commercial system.

(1888PressRelease) February 26, 2009 - Air conditioning systems are extremely useful, and are fitted in a huge variety of situations. To put it simply, the systems treat the air within a given area. This can include temperature, humidity, cleanliness and distribution of air. Generally speaking, systems can be adjusted to perform exactly what is needed in the given environment. They can both heat and cool and the optimum level of humidity and filtration can be chosen. For people with allergies, filters that can reduce dust, smoke and pollen can be of great importance. Air conditioning allows for added comfort either at work, school or leisure.

The new CMSQ light commercial system from Daikin is designed as an extension to the Sky Air 20 and 25 kW series. It is suited for use in shops, small offices and restaurants, and can be used to condition the air to meet the needs of more than one room or space; it allows individual control of up to four indoor units of a variety of types and sizes. Daikin offer two kinds of indoor units – the FMCQ Roundflow cassette and the FMDQ concealed ceiling unit. Due to extended piping lengths, outdoor units can be placed in a wider variety of positions, including ceilings and walls. The system as a whole is said to be quiet and efficient, and different rooms can be set individually, and can be switched off individually when necessary.
