December 27, 2008 - Happy Holidays from Team International! Along with this season’s celebrations, Team International is celebrating a new wave of hires to support new clients and contracts. TEAM recently hired several senior .Net specialists and mid-level Java developers and QA engineers. “Our clients continue to raise the bar for both the depth of technology knowledge and communication skills required from our new hires” commented Chris Walton, Team International’s President.
“We continue to find the necessary talent locally in Kharkov and people are our greatest asset.” Two senior developers recently traveled to the US Headquarters of one of our new clients for knowledge transfer and project initiation. We expect to continue the talent exchange well into 2009 with another three developers required to make the trip.
Though economic times are difficult on a global scale, we believe that IT Outsourcing will continue to be one of the economic bright spots globally as corporations jockey to maintain technological competitiveness. We expect 2009 to be another year of robust growth here at TEAM following a 100% increase in revenue in 2008.
TEAM International expects to sign more offshore contracts in the early months 2009 and that growth will be sustained through hiring Ukraine’s IT Talent.
