January 31, 2008 - During the early stages of developing a revolutionary new process todisinfect, deodorize and dry waste organic sludges, the Int'l Turnkey Services, Inc.'s R&D Research team began analyzing the connection between the end products and their applications in the renewable energy market.
The Las Vegas, Nevada based company's findings concluded that treated solids derived from municipal sewer sludges, industrial biological sludges and pulps, animal and poultry manures would qualify as a viable source of green energy based on their respective BTU qualities.
According to Sally Brown, research associate professor at the University of Washington in Seattle, Washington, the BTU value of wastewater bio-solids is comparable to that of brown coal. According to other energy sources, the aforementioned daily generated wastes must first be dried to less than fifty percent (50%) moisture for proper combustion.
The ITS Cyclonic Air Rotary Drying™ Process is capable of economically demoisturizing eighty percent (80%) wet product down to as little as one percent (1%) if necessary.
When the end products produced by the ITS Process are used for green energy purposes, the resulting mass nutrient ash can now be used as an additive in various fertilizer requirements by the agriculture industry.
End products not used for energy are excellent EPA Exceptional Quality or Class "A" grade for use as organic soil mediums or animal, poultry and fish feeds. With much of the world's soil seriously degraded, the organic mass nutrients produced by the ITS Process can play a major role globally for human, animal, poultry and aquaculture survival.
The renewable energy global usage is presently thirteen percent (13%), with six percent (6%) of that used in the USA. Almost eighty percent (80%) of the total is contributed by biomass nutrient recycling.
So one might quickly conclude that the ITS Cyclonic Air Rotary Dryer™ Process is non-selective in its utility to successfully treat waste sludges as a "Clean and Green" revolutionary technology, and is successful in its ability to generate renewable and beneficial recycled products from a multitude of waste generators and processors worldwide.
