June 10, 2008 - Jutta Held and Michael Duesberg recently joined the Düsseldorf and Frankfurt Offices respectively. Jutta has over 20 years of experience in senior level executive search. Prior to joining TRANSEARCH Jutta held positions as General Manager, Partner and Member of the Executive Committee with the international executive search firms Berndtson International, Knight Wendling International and Neumann International with P&L responsibility for country operations. She also had responsibilities for Assessment Center and Management Audit activities.
Jutta Held recruits senior managers, executives and specialists for clients primarily in the FMCG, retail and industrial sectors. Her search experience is pan-European and includes regional manager, country manager and subsidiary positions with multinational corporations. Earlier in her career, she held management positions in marketing and sales as well as in human resources and organisational development.
She is a German national and holds a University Masters Degree in Education and Business Administration with a major in Human Resources. Michael Duesberg studied Mechanical Engineering at Manhattan College in New York and Business Administration at the Ludwig Maximilian University in Munich and at INSEAD in Fontainebleau.
Before embarking on his executive search career, he had ten years of industry and fifteen years of banking experience. In his last he was with EDS as Managing Director responsible for the Finance Industry in the European Central Region. Before he was Global Partner of INVESCO responsible as Chief Executive Officer for Germany, Switzerland and Austria. Michael has been a Director and Executive Vice President of Commerzbank, State Street Bank & Trust and HypoVereinsbank as well as Sales and Marketing Manager of IBM Germany. Michael was and is in a number of Management Boards and Commissions in six different European countries and is based in Frankfurt.
