September 10, 2008 - Executive search firm Transearch International is pleased to announce new appointments at its offices in France and Spain. Ange-Pascale Schlumberger recently joined the Paris Office as Associate Partner. Francisco Gimeno and Jose-Maria Puzo recently joined the Barcelona office as consultants.
Ange-Pascale was previously at the helm of a food industry company. Ange-Pascale saw the company multiply its turnover by five while growing over a ten-year period in a stable market and was an integral part of the “success story” of the company. After an investment fund bought out the company, Ange-Pascale was instrumental in the success of the company’s biscuit-making subsidiaries merger to form the second largest biscuit-making firm in France. During her career, Ange-Pascale built up innovating and successful teams in the areas of marketing, sales, production, logistics, research and development, quality, human resources and company finance. Due to her extensive professional experience, Ange-Pascale specialises in Food Industry, Convenience Goods, Retail. She holds an MBA and is based in Paris.
Francisco Gimeno has extensive knowledge and experience in Human Resources, Organisation and Information Systems in the Pharmaceutical and Fine Chemicals Sectors. He was most recently with Merck Spain where he held senior positions, such as Human Resources and Services Director. Previously he held HR Manager positions in several companies in the chemicals sector. Francisco has a degree in Social Sciences from Barcelona University, Masters from Cenei San Pablo University Madrid and PDG from IESE Business School in Barcelona
Jose-Maria Puzo has extensive global experience and knowledge in the sales, marketing, operations and customer services areas in several industrial sectors specially in the textile and chemical ones. He was most recently with Tesalca, where he was the Global Commercial Director. Previously, he worked for Dupont, Unilever, JohnsonDiversey and Bayer, holding senior positions in Sales, Marketing and Business Development in Europe. Jose-Maria has a degree in Industrial Engineering from Simon Bolivar University in Venezuela, an MBA from the ESADE Business School in Barcelona and a Strategic Marketing qualification from the York University in Ontario.
