September 10, 2008 - Executive search firm Transearch International is pleased to announce new appointments at its offices in Brazil. José Luiz Bichuetti, Flavio Buschinelli, and Manuel Martins recently joined the Sao Paulo office and Denis Song the Campinas office as consultants.
Jose Bichuetti has extensive international experience, having lived in the United States, Mexico, Argentina, France and has worked in several countries of the Americas, and in Japan, England and Germany. As an entrepreneurial consultant, he led, developed and implemented strategies, organisational structures, alliances, M&A and turn-arounds, especially when, as a principal of Booz, Allen, and as a General Director in Brazil and Argentina of Arthur D. Little and through his own consultancy, he conducted processes of assessment and coaching for first-level executives. He is fluent in English, French, Italian, Spanish and Portuguese.
Flavio Buschinelli has held division management positions with regional responsibilities with international companies such as Coors, SKF, Detroit, TI Group, Continental Teves, Rieter and IDEA concentrating his professional focus on Marketing, Strategic Planning and Business Development. He is fluent in English and Spanish.
Manuel Martins began his professional career at Ford Brasil where, during 25 years, he held high-level managerial positions, having taken active part in the establishment and dissolution of the Autolatina joint venture between Ford Brasil and Volkswagen do Brasil. He has also worked for subsidiaries abroad, two in Argentina and one in Portugal. He is fluent in English, Spanish and Italian.
Denis Song is a specialist in Operations with over 25 years’ experience, he has occupied positions such as Director of Operations, Director of Global Project, Director of Product Development and Technology at global companies, leaders of their segments, such as, Otis Elevadores, Du Pont and Siemens. Denis is fluent in English, Portuguese and Korean, and has a good working knowledge of Spanish and German and is based in Campinas.
