Neighborhood Foundations of Newport Hosts Fourth Annual Halloween Party for Residents

Grand Towers Apartment Complex Invites More than 50 Residents to Celebrate Halloween.


Cincinnati, OH-KY-IN (1888PressRelease) November 05, 2009 - Neighborhood Foundations of Newport held its fourth annual Halloween Party this Friday at the Grand Towers apartment complex for seniors. Residents and guests were invited to attend for deserts, prizes and games along with a costume contest. More than 50 residents attended the event making it the most successful yet.

“We wanted the residents to have fun and do something out of the ordinary to celebrate Halloween,” said senior site manager Peggy Bramble. “All that attended had a wonderful time and had the opportunity to participate in activities with members of the community, family, friends and Grand Towers staff. Each year our residents look forward to this party and it has grown from a small celebration to a much larger one that many more can enjoy.”

Costume contest winners included Sarena Buckamneer for scariest costume, Joan Jaber for most original, Dottie Benton for cutest costume, Ruth Campbell for funniest costume and best overall costume winner Don Clayton.

Grand Towers, a 139 unit complex, hosts holiday themed parties throughout the year, health fairs and information sessions and activities for residents and community members. Neighborhood Foundations Grand Towers apartments offers regularly scheduled activities for residents such as movie showings, crafts, bingo and card games throughout the week. Residents also have access to an in house beauty salon and free internet computer use.
