  • (1888PressRelease) August 29, 2012 - Los Gatos, CA - Neeyamo, a global provider of HRO, has been named a 'Star Performer 2012' in the Everest Group Performance | Experience | Ability | Knowledge (PEAK) Matrix, published in the July 2012 'MPHRO Service Provider Landscape and Capability Assessment' report. It is one of just five global providers to be given this recognition. It was also acclaimed as a Major Contender in Multi-process Human Resource Outsourcing (MPHRO).

    The ranking was determined by Everest Group's comprehensive evaluation framework PEAK Matrix, which evaluated and classified Neeyamo and 19 other global HRO providers into Leaders, Major Contenders, and Emerging Players based on market success and delivery capability, which is measured by the ability to successfully deliver services in terms of scale, scope, technology capability, and delivery footprint. Neeyamo advanced in 2012 from the Emerging Players to the Major Contenders category. Neeyamo is the only sub-billion dollar provider to be acclaimed as a Major Contender and is also the youngest player in the PEAK Matrix.

    In 2011, Neeyamo:
    * Signed five new MPHRO contracts and had the largest market share amongst all Indian-heritage providers in terms of new contracts signed in 2010-11
