February 29, 2008 - The College of Naturopathic Medicine (CNM) is one of the UK’s most respected and well known naturopathic training providers and is running regular student nutrition clinics in Belfast.
The clinics are held at Belmont Tower. The next clinics are 06th & 07th March 2008. All classes are supervised by a fully registered and qualified Nutritionist.
Naturopathic Nutrition stresses the use of whole and organic foods as medicine. It can be an effective answer to many health complaints and common conditions. For example, relieve hay fever by eating more fruit, especially bananas, and cut out all processed food. Lose weight by eating more complex carbohydrates, not less.
