With Internet giants like Myspace and YouTube, Robert Rickenbacker—aka Mr. R is on a quest to bring internet radio to the forefront with his “ What’s Hot Radio Show”.
When multi-talented performer/actor Robert Rickenbacker aka Mr. R was signed to host a new internet radio show called the “What’s Hot Radio Show”, he thought "it was like a dream come true being a part of the Internet Entertainment Revolution. The “What’s Hot Radio Show” is boldly produced by Mr. R and is an innovative radio show designed as a platform to give independent and unsigned Hip Hop and R&B artists a chance to be heard worldwide via internet technology. But what makes his show stand out from the rest is that it’s a live video radio show in which viewers can see Mr.R doing the show as well as hearing the music. I started my career as an independent Hip Hop artist with neighborhood fame, but never had a chance to be heard on a larger scale that's why it’s my committed mission to help artist be heard. With the increasing power of the internet I am now able to reach out and do what I love, giving talent a chance to be on the radio says Mr. R. The What’s Hot Radio Show airs live on www.ivnet.tv every Monday-Thursday from 3pm til 5pm(EST), Friday from 8pm til 10pm(EST), Sunday from 8pm til 10pm(EST).
As DJ Mr. R is making very positive waves in the world of radio with introducing new fresh talent, he is a talent unto himself. Robert Rickenbacker is also starring in a new internet television drama called “Brooks and Brenner” in which he stars in the roll of Detective Brooks. The series is about two cops sharing the daily grind while on the beat. Brooks and Brenner is a weekly series and can be seen on www.usergeneratedcontent.tv .
