Mr. Bartholomew moved to the Detroit area in 1983 from Dallas, Texas. He brought with him a wealth of experience repairing and restoring all types of clocks, including antiques and modern. “I’ve seen him working on some amazingly beautiful French clocks, which he handled with expert care,” said Maupin.
Mr. Bartholomew’s “people skill” is high grade. His goal is “customer satisfaction,” and he delivers. He gets referrals from the Howard Miller corporate office for clock set up, annual servicing, and any other specialty repairs that are needed. He is a professional that can handle all clock repairs, from the simplest repair to the most elaborate.
Fred Bartholomew will be visiting his hometown in Dallas, Texas for the holidays and he looks forward to seeing his customers as well as friends and family. “I’ll be checking in on some of my favorite customers who will need some maintenance and fine tuning work done on their clocks,” said Fred. “I look forward to visiting with family and friends, but my Dallas Texas customers are very important people to me.”
