November 07, 2008 - Mr. Prapong Maicharoen, Deputy Organizing Chairman of “The 25th THAILAND INTERNATIONAL MOTOR EXPO 2008” revealed, “Inter-Media Consultant Co., Ltd. in collaboration with Visionex M and A Co., Ltd. will stage MOTOR SPORT 2008 featuring display of racing cars from popular leading teams for the fans to see to their hearts’ content”.
Mr. Suksan Kokphol, Director of Vision Next M & A Co., Ltd. added, “In the Motor Expo this year visitors can see top car racing teams such as Drift Car—twice champion of Thailand—together with their top-10 ranked drift cars performing the tail sweeping acts. Those fascinated by brute force can feast their eyes on Top Fuel dragster imported for the first time by Ake Garage, the well known car modifying house. Racing cars that will run in the battles of prestige like Souped Up Thailand to contend for Thailand speed king title will also be shown prior to the actual races at year end.
Super Car Thailand will display the fastest and most powerful cars on paved track for enthusiasts to see at close range. It came arm in arm with Monster Fixed, a leading modifying house of Thailand specializing in handmade body kits, who will show Godzilla R34, both 2-door and 4-door models, in wide body styling for fans in Thailand to see for the first time also. In addition, there will be leading teams like Gangster Intrend and Gymkhana plus high ranked racing cars—whether for paved track, dirt road, or drift racers—from the various teams and modified cars from the various outfits to increase the energy level of the Expo”.
“Moreover, you will find W-Work booth in the style of the Tokyo Auto Salon show and see genuine VeilSide modified cars from Sapsomboon shop—three cars from three camps—as if taken from the famed car racing movie … indispensable also will be the young pretties from Hankook who will give a newly choreographed, eye-popping, heart-pumping Doom Doom show.”
