With most lead providers if you find there is an issue with a lead you return it either via email or through their application and then wait days for a determination.
MortgageLenders.cc, the company that instituted Auto-Credit in Janauary of 2006 has taken that function further by building into its application an Auto-Recall feature. Most leads are sold up to 5 times or so by providers. This is a cause for concern with most mortgage brokers because they are fearful that another broker (1 of the 5) will reach the prospect before they do rendering the lead useless in many cases.
MortgageLenders.cc’s Auto-Recall solves this problem by automatically crediting the client’s account once any other client returns a lead as invalid. While no client knows who the others are they will see an "Auto Recall Credit" issued when this takes place guaranteeing that they do not chase leads that are already being serviced by another lender.
