July 30, 2007 - LOWELL, Mass. --- When Pierre Augustin of Lowell, Massachusetts, became a victim of mortgage fraud, he could not have foreseen that Chase Home Finance would have proceeded with an illegal and fraudulent foreclosure action despite timely legal objections and defenses.
In his quest of justice, Mr. Augustin said, let the truth carries the scales of justice, let equality depends upon the force of moral right, let the respect for law and order be the underlying principle for the formulation of justice and at last, but not least, let justice triumph.
Mr. Augustin said he is not looking for sympathy or to be rewarded. However, he is only asking to be allowed to defend and to recover his exempted property and cause of action in accordance with the rule of law.
