August 16, 2008 - Last year there was a massive recall of more than 90 named pet foods.
In March 2007, our nation experienced the single largest recall of pet food ever. More than 100 brands of pet foods were pulled off the shelves due to tainted ingredients.
Thousands of pets were sickened (the FDA received more than 17,000 reports) and an estimated 20% died.
The problems with pet food still continues we just don't hear about it in the news. Here are some reports that have been happening.

It was unfortunate that it took one unknown chemical to bring attention to our pets’ food. The fact is the food we were feeding and some still are feeding their pets were unhealthy before all the recalls happen and still are.
