August 13, 2006 - KM Parts is now stocking the NZM series of compact circuit breakers with efficient device versions and accessories for immediate delivery from multiple shipping depots. This includes, for example, a new molded case switch with integrated short-circuit protection, which enables the switch to be used irrespective of the type of protective device used upstream.
A complete device series consisting of circuit breakers and disconnect switches for an operating voltage of 1000V 50/60Hz is also new. The switches are derived from the standard circuit breakers with an operating voltage of 400V, cover rated currents from 20 to 1600A, and are designed with compact dimensions and cost efficiency in mind. The short-circuit breaking capacity of up to 20 kA enables devices to be used in applications such as in wind turbines, tunnels or mines.
Moeller also added a 1600A version for the space-saving side wall operation of circuit breakers and disconnect switches. The rotary handle can either be fitted on the front or side wall of the switch or on the side wall or mounting plate of the switching cabinet. Moeller\'s range of mounting kits for all main switch applications in machine controls is now covered up to a rated current of 1600A.
