Models Flock To IMJ-Online As Spurt Of Bookers Join The Network

Models have been hot about the International Models Journal (IMJ-Online) as an increasingly amount of bookers have been joining the newly relaunched network in full search for new faces.

(1888PressRelease) May 05, 2007 - IMJ-Online, site for talent and modeling http://www.imj-online.com, claimed a 33 percent increase of registering bookers since the site was fully relaunched in March. Naturally, a spurt of bookers attracted an even larger percent of models to the networking site.

Casting call leads from around the world, including the United States, India, the United Kingdom, South Africa, Canada, Australia and Ireland, Germany, France, The Netherlands and Costa Rica have graced the casting board of IMJ-Online with titles such as, “Tall, High Fashion Models Wanted,” “Kids Audition for National Commercial,” and “Agency Seeks Print and Promotion Models,” working up a model hungry appetite.

So, why such a sporadic increase in the last month and a half?

Carmella Agnello-Sanders, editor of IMJ-Online, said the newly relaunched version of IMJ-Online is simple and easy to use. Adding, it attracts a large number of aspiring models and industry professionals to it’s convenient services and features such as, portfolio, bio, personalized links, printable PDF composite card, one-click casting submit, weekly news updates, model advice and newsletters. In addition models have the opportunity to share their own stories or advice and become published.

Bookers have a piece of mind knowing that only about 30 percent of the models requesting admission get accepted in the International Models Journal; virtually 700 out of 1,000 models are rejected due to extremely poor photo quality or lack of effort. The site is open to serious individuals that have a strong mindset on advancing their modeling career.

“IMJ-Online has become more than an online casting board, it has become a full on service and networking medium between talent and bookers,” said Sanders.

An fashion, production, photography or industry professional may constitute and IMJ-Online booker such as, directors, scouts, make-up artists, producers, photographers, artists, stylists, agents, agencies, ect. Unlike other classified boards, bookers are able to target talent only without membership fees or classified placement charges.

Models have the option of registering for a free New Star account or a reasonably priced Exclusive service.
