June 23, 2008 - Mobien Technologies, a leading Indian company in enterprise mobility field has displayed an award winning iNotify™ mobile application framework which enables organizations to connect sales teams, dispatch / godown teams , field teams and ERP systems at head office in real time. iNotify framework unique feature is that it offers last mile connectivity to all remote users . It works on all devices on such as Nokia , Motorola mobile phones, Windows Mobile smart phones, PDA etc. It also works on both GSM and CDMA networks .
Mobien launched mCollect™ at recently concluded CommunicAsia 2008 in Singapore. mCollect™ targetted at ISP, Cable TV companies is a tool that enables the recovery teams, client verification teams of the ISPs to be able to work using their cellphones in real time from the field. mCollect™ also enables the field agents to directly generate receipts, invoices for both pre-paid and post-paid connections using a small hand held printer. It also helps them with their daily reporting and takes away the efforts of maintaining manual records and day begin and day end procedures. mCollect™ has an in-built payment component that enables the field workers to use the magnetic card reader coupled with the cell phone to do credit/debit card authorisations right in the field.
Mobien Technologies aims to tie-up with leading solution vendors in APAC and Middle East to enhance its reach in the ISP/Cable TV market. It has already forged one such alliance with a market leader based out of Malaysia and India.
