Department of Transportation as a pre-qualified private consulting firm for the department’s Project Development and Environmental Analysis unit as Public Involvement Specialists with Limited English Proficiency (LEP) capabilities.
The Department of Transportation requires firms to pre-qualify to ensure that they have sufficient ability and experience to do the work specified in Department contracts. Only bids from pre-qualified bidders can be accepted when a contract is advertised.
