Mindfire Solutions successfully conducts DDM IT Quiz 2015

The much awaited IT Quiz competition "The DDM IT Quiz" was successfully conducted by Mindfire Solutions here in Bhubaneswar, Odisha. End Quote

(1888PressRelease) March 04, 2015 - DDM IT Quiz, a national level mega IT quizzing event that is hosted by Mindfire Solutions every year since 2011 was conducted here at Hotel Mayfair Convention, Bhubaneswar on 1st of March, 2015. This was the 5th edition of DDM IT Quiz held.

Mindfire Solutions - an IT solutions provider to clients globally has been enthusiastically conducting this event since the last 5 years. This quizzing event was open to all the students pursuing Technical and Management education across India and is based on Information Technology. It provides an excellent platform for quizzing enthusiasts to participate and compete with sharpest minds of their community. Mindfire dedicates this IT quiz event to Late Debasish Das, a noble soul who lost his life in a fatal road accident in 2010.

The 5th edition was huge not in terms of arrangements, prize money or rewards but, it also attracted a total of 320 teams from various Engineering and Management colleges from states like Odisha, Punjab, Delhi, Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh, West Bengal etc. all willing to battle out their wits for supremacy. The winners Ankesh Anand and Rajesh Dalai from IIT Kharagpur walked away with a whopping Rs. 1,00,000 prize money. While Omkar Amritanshu and Loy Larvin Rao from KIIT, Bhubaneswar were 1st runners-up and Animesh Swain and Anurag Bhol from SIT, Bhubaneswar were the 2nd runners-up. 1st and 2nd runners-up walked away with cash prizes of Rs. 50,000 and Rs. 30,000 respectively. The winners were also awarded with trophies and certificates. Few audiences also were lucky to receive prizes such as iPod's, t-shirts, pen-drives, backpacks, watches etc.
