November 07, 2009 - Bangalore - Aditya Birla Minacs, a global business solutions company (subsidiary of Aditya Birla Nuvo) today announced signing of an outsourcing services deal with the Aditya Birla Financial Services Group (ABFSG), to provide customer care, back office support, and finance and accounting services. The deal is a part of the financial services leader’s goals for strengthening business efficiencies to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of its services.
The ABFSG has a strong presence across various financial services verticals and enjoys the trust of over 4 million customers. Both their insurance and mutual fund businesses are top 5 players.
Minacs will provide inbound, outbound and email customer care support to both, the insurance and mutual funds businesses of the ABFSG. The back office support provided will cover the processing of various types of customer service requests on existing policies. Minacs will also offer finance and accounting services encompassing expense reimbursement, accounts payable and bank reconciliations to speed up the process of issuing policies to customers on time.

Minacs Insurance Solutions span customer lifecycle support encompassing processing of insurance policies, application forms, and verifying accompanying documents, data entry, implementing image-capture technology, underwriting medical and non-medical policies to policy administration, claims processing and other back office services.
