April 19, 2007 - The military attaches corps in the DPRK visited Mangyongdae on April 12 on the occasion of the Day of the Sun.
The corps went to the old home in Mangyongdae to look round relics preserved there, being briefed on the revolutionary history of President Kim Il Sung and his patriotic and revolutionary family.
Yang Xilian, military, naval and air attaché of the Chinese embassy in the DPRK who is doyen of the corps, wrote in the visitor’s book that a great man was born in a patriotic family and the revolutionary exploits of Generalissimo Kim Il Sung will be immortal and he always lives in the hearts of all the people.
The military attaches planted trees near the old home in Mangyongdae.
